超滤（简称UF）：是以压力为推动力，利用超滤膜不同孔径对液体进行分离的物理筛分过程。通过膜表面的微孔筛选可将直径为0.002-0.1μm之间的颗粒和杂质截留，可有效去除水中胶体、硅、蛋白质、微生物和大分子有机物。当液体混合物在一定的压力推动下流经膜表面时，溶剂及小分子物质透过膜，而大分子物质则被截留，从而实现大小分子间的分离和净化目的。

可广泛的应用于物质的分离、浓缩、提纯。超滤过程无相转化，不需加热，常温操作，节约能源，对热敏性物质的分离尤为适宜。超滤过程简单，配套装置少，操作运转简便，维护费用低。超滤膜耐化学药品侵蚀，PH适应范围广，超滤装置单位体积中膜面积最大，投资费用最低，清洗简单。

反渗透是目前最微细的过滤技术。反渗透膜可阻挡所有溶解的无机分子以及任何相对分子质量大于100的有机物，水分子可通过薄膜成为纯水。对水中二价离子的脱除率最高可达99.5%，对一价离子的脱除率也在95%以上。

滤芯的选型 / How to choose a suitable filter
滤芯除了长度，内径，外径，联结方式，与被过滤介质的相容性等这些确保使用的技术指标外，还有精度，截留率，流量，纳污量等必要技术参数，正是由这些完全独立的技术指标才形成了滤芯的内在品质。只有选择了这些指标都满足的滤芯，才可以很好地使用，再加上根数的合理选择就更经济了。
公称精度是辅以截留率而存在的，并没有一个共同认定并遵行的标准。也就是对同一5微米的产品，甲公司可以把截留率定在85-95%，而乙公司可以定在50-70%。换句话说，甲公司的25微米过滤精度可能等于乙公司的5微米，或者更细。最好的解决办法是试用，本公司愿用我们的经验协助您做好滤芯的选型工作。
