贺德克液压油滤芯纳污量是指在试验过程中过滤材料的压力降达到规定的数量值时,单位面积的过滤材料所能容纳的颗粒污染的重量。滤芯孔经通道易受颗粒污染物的淤积滞留,使其压差增大,当压差达到规定的最大极限值时,使用寿命终止。
滤芯寿命终止的最直接的参数反映就是滤芯上下游的压差达到了旁通阀开启的压力, 此时滤芯的纳污容量也达到了最大值,如果在设计和制造滤芯时考虑提高滤芯的纳污能力,也就是提高了滤芯的寿命。
滤芯的工艺参数方面
1、波高、波数及过滤面积液压油滤芯
在滤芯外形尺寸已经确定的前提下!改变波高,波数等工艺参数尽可能的增加滤材有效过滤面积, 可以减小单位滤材表面的通量和增加整个滤芯的纳污量,提高滤芯寿命。通过增加滤芯的过滤面积,滤芯的使用寿命增加的往往增加的更快,如果波数增加太多,拥挤的折叠波会降低波与波之间的液压油流动空间,使得滤芯压差增加! 达到滤芯压差报警的时间便短,寿命降低。 一般使波间距保持在1.5-2.5mm 为宜。
